1. General Refund Policy:

All ticket sales for the Open House Conclave event are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, attendee cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation:

In the rare event that the Open House Conclave is canceled by the event organizer for any reason (e.g., low attendance, unforeseen circumstances), registered attendees will be eligible for refund i.e. equal to original ticket price minus GST.

3. Transfer of Tickets:

Tickets for the Open House Conclave are not transferable. If you are unable to attend, you can not transfer your ticket to another individual.

4. How to Request a Refund or Ticket Transfer:

To request a refund for a canceled event or to initiate a ticket transfer, please contact our event support team at Dr. Akshay Jain (+91 80058 29506) and Dr Praful Mehta (+91 94144 90721) with your request. Include your name, contact information, and order details for faster processing.

6. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-30 business days of receiving a valid refund request. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

7. No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend the Open House Conclave without prior notification to the event organizer does not qualify for a refund or ticket transfer.

8. Event Changes:

The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, or venue. In the event of significant changes, registered attendees will be notified, and the refund policy may be adjusted accordingly.
